Each Villa has 4 Bedrooms with en-suite Bathrooms, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor.

Spacious living areas, on the first floor is an air-conditioned gazebo-style lounge, while the ground floor consists of a utility room and a spacious kitchen/living/dining room. The Villas have been attractively completed with tiled and hardwood floors. The rooms are cooled by air-conditioning and ceiling fans. There is a security alarm system and the Villas have both cable TV and satellite.

Externally there is a beautiful veranda which overlooks the swimming pool and provides an area for outside dining, whilst admiring the sea view

Both of the Villas have lovely sea views and are near the Golf Course, Tennis Courts, Restaurants and Shopping areas.

This photo shows the beach in front of the properties which is sandy with a small rocky ledge. A good swimming spot with sandy bottom is just a short way down the beach.

These Villas could easily be rented and since they are newly built should be easy to maintain,
