Bulgaria is a quiet and largely rural country, about the size of England but with a population of around 8 million. For years Bulgaria has been a favoured destination for Eastern Europeans, but only in recent years has it opened its doors to the rest of the world. Its Mountains, Beaches and old fashioned tranquillity offer a glimpse of Europe which has long disappeared.

The only restriction to buying a property in Bulgaria is that you can buy the building but not the land, so the most common method is to set up a company which owns the land and the buildings which we can organise through our contacts.
